First, ensure your remote is correctly paired with the bed or plugged into it. Check your electrical circuit breaker, as it may have tripped. Verify that the power cord is plugged into a working, grounded electrical outlet (using a grounded surge protector is recommended; test the outlet with another appliance). If these steps don't work, there may be an overload condition; remove the load, put the bed into the flat position, and then move it to the maximum position to test if the functions are fully operational.
