What to do if my Revitive UT1033 has no vibration?

  There are a couple of reasons why your Revitive Ultrasound Medical Equipment might not seem to be vibrating. First, the ultrasound waves vibrate at 1 million times per second, which is too fast to feel or see. To confirm it's working, perform the treatment head test. Second, the temperature safety switch may have tripped, switching the unit off. If this is the case, allow the unit to cool down.

Why is the time indicator flashing on my Revitive UT1033 Medical Equipment?

  The time indicator might be flashing on your Revitive Medical Equipment because there's poor contact between the treatment head and your body, possibly due to insufficient pressure. To resolve this, apply a generous amount of Ultrasound Gel to ensure good contact between the treatment head and your body. Once good contact is restored, the treatment should automatically resume.
