What to do if I can't feel stimulation on my Revitive Personal Care Products foot pads?
    • D
      Dale HannaAug 21, 2025
If you cannot feel the electrical stimulation through the foot-pads of your Revitive Personal Care Product, even though the device is on, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure that you have both bare feet placed on the foot-pads at the same time and increase the intensity level. Dry feet can also be a factor, so moisturize the soles of your feet to improve conductivity. Dehydration can also affect the stimulation, so drink plenty of water before and after using the device. Also, make sure that the electrode cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads will not work while the cord is plugged in. If Revitive is in auto-pause, drink water, moisturize your feet, place them on the pads, and press the (+) intensity button.

How to troubleshoot no sensation in Revitive Personal Care Products foot pads?
    • R
      Rebecca EvansAug 22, 2025
To troubleshoot why you can't feel the electrical stimulation through the foot-pads of your Revitive Personal Care Product, even when it's on, start by ensuring both bare feet are correctly positioned on the pads. If your feet are dry, moisturize them to enhance conductivity. Dehydration can also play a role, so drink plenty of water before and after use. Increase the intensity gradually to find a comfortable yet effective setting. Also, verify that the electrode cord is disconnected, as it deactivates the foot-pads when plugged in. If the device is in auto-pause, hydrate, moisturize your feet, reposition them on the pads, and press the (+) button to restart stimulation.

How to stop leg aching after using Revitive Medic Knee Medical Equipment?
    • L
      Luke Reyes Jr.Aug 25, 2025
If your legs are aching after using Revitive Medical Equipment, it might be due to the intensity being too high, overworking your muscles. Allow adequate recovery time between treatments, similar to after vigorous exercise. For your next session, start with a lower intensity where you feel mild, comfortable electrical stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust.

How to make Revitive Medical Equipment stimulation stronger?
    • H
      Harold JacobsonAug 26, 2025
If your Revitive device is on but you're not feeling the stimulation, there are several possible reasons. First, ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously, and gradually increase the intensity up to 99. Dry feet can also hinder conductivity, so moisturize the soles of your feet. Dehydration can also play a role, so drink plenty of water before and after use. Also, make sure the electrode cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads won't work when it's plugged in. The intensity level might be too low, so increase it gradually until you feel the stimulation.

Why are my legs aching after using Revitive Medical Equipment?
    • W
      William JacksonAug 27, 2025
Leg aching after treatment with Revitive may be due to overworking your muscles with too high intensity. Allow your muscles to recover after each session, similar to after vigorous exercise. Start your next session at a lower intensity where you feel mild, comfortable stimulation, and reduce the duration until your muscles adjust.

Why can't I feel stimulation when using Revitive Medical Equipment Electrode Pads?
    • W
      wrightmichaelAug 31, 2025
If you suddenly can’t feel stimulation when using the electrode pads, you may have accidentally pressed the other stimulation mode button. Pressing the opposite stimulation mode button (i.e., pressing the TENS button when already in EMS mode or vice versa) will reset the timer back to 30 minutes, and the intensity will also be reset to zero.

Why is the IsoRocker® not rocking on my Revitive Medical Equipment?
    • M
      Michele DominguezSep 5, 2025
The IsoRocker® on your Revitive Medical Equipment will only rock when the intensity is high enough to cause sufficient calf muscle contraction. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level. Also, ensure you are sitting with your knees at a 90-degree angle, as the device may be too far in front of you.

What to do if my Revitive Medic Knee has no power?
    • T
      Tyler BaileySep 7, 2025
If your Revitive Medical Equipment has no power or lights when switched on, first check that the AC adapter is switched on at the electrical socket and plugged into the device correctly. If it's still not working, contact your authorized dealer. If the battery is flat, plug the device into an electrical socket to charge it or run it using the mains power option.

      Lauren BensonSep 9, 2025
