What to do if I can't feel stimulation on my Revitive Personal Care Products foot pads?

If you cannot feel the electrical stimulation through the foot-pads of your Revitive Personal Care Product, even though the device is on, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure that you have both bare feet placed on the foot-pads at the same time and increase the intensity level. Dry feet can also be a factor, so moisturize the soles of your feet to improve conductivity. Dehydration can also affect the stimulation, so drink plenty of water before and after using the device. Also, make sure that the electrode cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads will not work while the cord is plugged in. If Revitive is in auto-pause, drink water, moisturize your feet, place them on the pads, and press the (+) intensity button.
