Why can't I feel the stimulation on my Revitive Medic 2837AB even though it's on?
    • M
Mr. Christopher Mitchell DDSAug 15, 2025
Several factors can prevent you from feeling the electrical stimulation on your Revitive Medical Equipment even when it's powered on. You must place both bare feet on the foot-pads simultaneously and increase the intensity. If your feet are dry, moisturize them to improve conductivity. Dehydration can also reduce stimulation, so drink plenty of water. The intensity level may be too low; gradually increase it until you feel strong muscle contractions. Ensure the electrode cord is disconnected, as it disables the foot-pads. If issues persist, test the device with your hand; if no stimulation is felt at intensity 99, contact your dealer.

If your Revitive Medical Equipment is on but you can't feel the electrical stimulation, there are several potential causes. First, ensure both bare feet are placed on the foot-pads simultaneously, and increase the intensity. Dry feet can also impede conductivity, so moisturize the soles of your feet. Dehydration can also be a factor; drink plenty of water before and after use. Also, the intensity level might be too low, so gradually increase it until you feel strong muscle contractions, aiming for comfort, not necessarily the maximum level. Finally, make sure the electrode cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads won't work when it's plugged in. If none of these steps work, test the device by placing one hand across both foot-pads and increasing the intensity; if you still feel nothing at in...

How to troubleshoot no electrical stimulation in Revitive Medic 2837AB foot pads?
    • M
      Ms. Michelle TurnerNov 25, 2025
To troubleshoot the lack of electrical stimulation in your Revitive Medical Equipment foot pads, first, ensure that both of your bare feet are placed on the foot-pads at the same time, then gradually increase the intensity level. Dry skin can hinder the process, so try moisturizing your feet. Dehydration can also affect the stimulation, so it's important to drink enough water before and after using the device. The intensity level may be set too low, so increase it gradually until you feel the stimulation. Also, make sure that the electrode cord is disconnected, as the foot-pads will not work when the cord is plugged in. If you still experience issues, test the device by placing your hand across both foot-pads while increasing the intensity. If you don't feel anything at the maximum intensi...
