Closing the body / engine compartment of the trike
Close body of the ST
To lock the body securely again, the T-handle must be in original position (pressed in) BEFORE closing. Otherwise, the body will not be locked! Loosen the
retaining bar and clamp it back into the device under the body rail. Then slowly lower the superstructure. Make sure that it is properly locked again.
Close body of the PUR3
To lock the body securely again, the T-handle must be in the initial position (pressed in) BEFORE closing. Otherwise, the body will not be locked! Loosen the
retaining bar and clamp it back into the device under the body rail. Then slowly lower the body. Make sure that it is properly locked again. Hand-tighten the
screws back into their original position.
Close the body of the LT models
To lock the body securely again, the T-handle must be in the initial position (pressed in) BEFORE closing. Otherwise, the body will not be locked! Loosen the
retaining bar and clamp it back into the device under the body rail. Then slowly lower the body. Make sure that it is properly locked again.
Attention the body of ST, LT and PUR3 is heavy! Please do this always together with another person to avoid damage to you and the trike!
Always make sure that the body is properly locked after closing.
The screws must always be screwed in completely, otherwise damage to the housing may occur.
