FLOWLINE BINDER RANGE - SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT NOTE
ALWAYS :-
DISCONNECT ELECTRICALLY POWERED MACHINES FROM MAINS SUPPLY BEFORE
COMMENCING WORK.
DISCHARGE CAPACITOR BY SHORTING TERMINALS USING AN INSULATED
SCREWDRIVER.
REPLACE WIRE STRAPS IN ORIGINAL POSITIONS TO HOLD WIRES FIRMLY IN
PLACE AND PREVENT FOULING MOVING PARTS AND SHARP EDGES.
THOROUGHLY TEST MACHINE BEFORE PLACING BACK INTO SERVICE.
SECTION 1 – DOCUMENT SUPPORT/LID
ALL MODELS
Removal :-
1. Unlock operating handle and lift to fully raised position (Not CB345e or CB355e).
2. Lift document support/lid to raised position.
3. Squeeze together outer pairs of hinge arms, until hinge lugs disengage, and pull back lid to remove
hinge arms from top casing slots.
Replacement :-
1. Squeeze together outer pairs of hinge arms and locate all hinge arms into top casing slots until
hinge lugs engage in locations in casing.
