ILLUSTRATED PARTS MANUAL:

SECTION 13 – WIRE ADJUSTER MECHANISM
MODELS WB705E
Removal :-
1. Carry out previous sections where applicable.
2. Unscrew 2 off torx head screws and remove gear cap.
3. Lift out shaft assembly. Remove 2 off wire adjuster cams. Remove 2 off e-clips. Remove wire
adjuster gear.
4. Lift out thumb wheel assembly. Remove worm gear from thumb wheel
Replacement :-
1. Push worm gear onto wire adjuster thumb wheel.
2. Locate thumb wheel assembly into wire adjust thumb wheel support block.
3. Push wire adjuster gear onto middle of wire adjuster shaft.
4. Push on two off e-clips onto shaft. they locate in the grooves.
5. Push 2 off wire adjuster cams onto the ends of the shaft. Ensure they orientated in the same way.
6. Place shaft assembly onto the thumb wheel support block.
7. Place gear retaining cap onto thumb wheel support block and fasten in place with 2 off torx head
screws.
