Why is my RF 812N Saw motor running too hot?

  The motor of your RF Saw might be running too hot due to several reasons. It could be that the blade tension or the drive belt tension is too high, so you should reduce the tension on them. Alternatively, the blade might be too coarse or too fine for the material you are cutting, so try using a finer or coarser blade accordingly. Improperly aligned gears, gears needing lubrication, or the cut binding the blade could also be the cause. Adjust the gears so that the worm is in the center of the gear, check the oil path, or decrease feed and speed.

  To prevent excessive blade breakage on your RF Saw, make sure to clamp the work securely. Adjust the speed or feed if they are incorrect. If the blade teeth spacing is too large, replace it with a smaller teeth spacing blade. If the material is too coarse, use a blade of slow speed and small teeth spacing. Ensure the blade tension is properly adjusted so it doesn't slip on the wheel. Place the blade in contact with the work after the motor is started. Adjust the wheel alignment if the blade rubs on the wheel flange, and adjust the guide bearings if they are misaligned. If the blade is too thick, use a thinner one. If cracking occurs at the weld, weld again, paying attention to the weld skill.
