Power Supply Fault-Finding
Is 240VAC present at the
power point?
No power supply.
Check fuse/circuit breaker/GPO
NO
Is 240VAC present at the
inline fuse connectors?
TEST 1
YES
Cordset open circuit - replaceNO
Is 144-192VDC present
at terminal I on control PCB?
TEST 3
YES
NO
YES
Replace Control PCB
Rectify wiring and fully insert all
multi-pin connectors.
NO
Are multi-pin connectors
plugged into terminal Q on
PCB and terminals Y & Z on
LED1?
YES
Are the two x 3A inline
fuses intact?
TEST 2
Replace fuses.
Investigate cause of failure.
NO
YES
Is 5A fuse on power supply
PCB intact?
TEST 2
YES
Replace transformer.
NO

Is wiring correct and all multi-
pin connectors plugged into
power supply PCB?
Rectify wiring and fully insert all
multi-pin connectors.
NO
Further investigate cause of
failure.

Replace fuse.
