Transfer Unit
 Pre-transfer Lamp (PTL) and transfer roller move
toner from the OPC drum onto the paper.
 The PTL shines light onto the OPC.
» This reduces the electrical charge on the surface of the
OPC drum and improves the transfer efficiency.
 The transfer roller attracts toner from the OPC to
the paper.
