Zone
The Zone setting is a useful function for your
overseas trips. This feature enables you to display the
local time on the LCD screen while you are abroad.
1. Select「World Time」in the basic settings menu.
The World Time screen appears.
2. Press the up/down to select the departure place
( ) and destination ( ) elds.
3. Press the left/right arrow button to select a city
located in the same time zone as that of the eld.
Press the button to conrm settings.
Date/Time
Refer to the “Resetting Date/Time” section on page
17.
Format Memory
Please note: formatting enables you to delete all
contents in the memory card and built-in memory,
including protected photos and movie les.
To use this setting:
1. Press the button, press the up/down arrow
button to select and press the button to
enter the menu.
2. Press up/down arrow button to select and
press the button or right arrow button to enter
the menu.
3. Press the up/down arrow button to select「Format」
and press the button or right arrow button to
enter the menu.
4. Press the up/down arrow button to select「Ye s」
or「No」and press the button to conrm.
5. If you select「Yes 」the camera formats its memory.
