New Toner (SPR-Ceγ)
This toner is an extremely fine oil-less chemical toner of uniform size. This enables a
smoother toner surface after fusing, and good adhesion to thick paper.
This toner achieves the following improvements in comparison with pulverized toner.
Sharp dot shape and consistent half tone image due to smaller and uniformly-sized
toner particles
Reduction of mottled image due to smoother toner surface and optimization of
additives.
Good adhesion on thick paper and lower toner pile height.
This new toner has a low melting point. Less energy is consumed by the fusing unit
No lubricating oil is required in the fusing unit.
With this toner, the machine can print on a wider range of paper types, such as
cotton and linen textured paper.

This toner was used with Aries-C1.5/P1.5.
The diameter of the pulverized toner particles is about 7 μm.
The diameter of the new toner particles is about 5 μm.
