Paper Jams Inside the Printer
• If the paper jam occurs here, it can cause the toner to spill onto the paper. If your clothes is
stained with the toner, wash off the stain with cold water. Hot water will set the toner into the
fabric.
1. Open the printer cover.
2. Remove the toner cartridge.
• Do not expose the cartridge to the sun for more than a few minutes to avoid damaging it. Cover
the cartridge with a sheet of paper after it has been removed from the printer.
