      If the RIDGID Pressure Washer engine won't start, first ensure the engine switch is in the start position and the fuel valve lever is set to ON. Check the fuel tank level and refill if necessary. Inspect the spark plug for shorts, fouling, or breakage, and replace it if needed. Also, verify the ignition lead wire is properly connected to the spark plug and replace if broken or shorted. Ensure the lubricant level is adequate by adding lubricant to the engine.

      If your RIDGID Pressure Washer pump isn't producing pressure, ensure a high-pressure nozzle is installed. Verify that the water supply is adequate. Check for leaks at the trigger handle connections and replace the trigger wand if necessary. Clean the nozzle if it's clogged. Squeeze the trigger on the handle to remove any air from the line.

      If your RIDGID Pressure Washer isn't reaching high pressure, replace the garden hose with a 3/4 inch hose. Check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, and blockages to ensure the water supply isn't restricted. Open the water source fully to provide enough inlet water. Make sure the high-pressure nozzle is attached.

      If detergent isn't mixing with the spray on your RIDGID Pressure Washer, make sure the detergent injection hose is fully submerged in the detergent container. Use the Dual Power Soap Nozzle to apply detergent. Check the injection hose for clogs or kinks, and replace it if necessary. Clean or replace the chemical injector if it is clogged.
