What to do if my RIDGID RP 330-B will not turn on?

If your RIDGID Power Tool doesn't turn on, several factors could be at play. First, check the electric cord for damage and replace it if necessary. Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted, or that the power cord is correctly plugged into the outlet. The tool or battery might be too cold or hot; allow it to reach a temperature between 15°F (-10°C) to 122°F (50°C). Also, verify that the accessory mounting pin is fully closed. If a malfunction is detected, try unplugging and replugging the power cord or reinserting the battery. If none of these steps work, the tool might require scheduled maintenance/recalibration or servicing; in that case, contact Test Equipment Depot.
