Adding address entries
You can add entries to the Address Book to suit your needs.
To add an Address Book entry
You can add address entries to your Address Book to create a
contact database.
1. In the
+RPH
screen, scroll to and click the
$''5(66 %22.
icon on
the functions list.
2. The
$GGUHVV %RRN
screen appears. Click to view the menu.
Scroll to and click
New Address
.
3. Type your contact’s information and press
ENTER
after each
field. You can also type your contact’s full name in the
First:
or
Last:
field and press the
ENTER
key. The first name will
appear in the
First:
field and the last name will appear in the
Last:
field.
Note
You can have up to 3 email address for the same Address
Book entry. To add more than one email address, click to
view the
1HZ $GGUHVV
menu, scroll to and click
Add Email
.
An additional field appears in the
1HZ $GGUHVV
screen and
you are able to add the second email address. When you
compose a messa
g
e to the contact with multiple email
addresses and select the email send method, you will be
prompted to select which address to use.
