If your Rio Hair Removal System doesn't start, the lights aren't working, and you've lost your keys, here's what to do: 1. Contact Customer Care with the serial number from the unit's base to get a replacement key. 2. Make sure the touch pins are making good contact with your skin and that you're in a well-lit room. 3. Check that the adapter plug is switched on at the wall and fully inserted into the unit. 4. If the system shuts down after 20 minutes of inactivity, restart it using the security key and code.
