How to lock and fold the stem

Unscrew the folding knob on the front
of the stem until the silver clasp is
clear of the stem.

Fold the stem down towards the deck.

Push the hook towards the front of
the scooter until it latches securely
under the footplate.

Insert the folding hook into the
opening in the footplate.

Release the black safety pin on the
side of the stem.
