Fender Installation

Identify the Fenders and components:
• The front fender is the shorter one.
• The back fender is the longer one
• 4 fender arms (2 for each fender)
• 8 Fender bolts and nuts
• 4 fender washers

Attach Fender Arms:
• Position the fender arms
so they are on the inside
of the fender, with the
arms angled as shown
in the picture.
• Tighten the bolts
completely using a
No. 3 hex key and pliers
to hold the nuts in place.

Remove Lug Nuts:
• Using a 21mm socket wrench (provided in the tool
kit), unscrew the lug nuts from each side of the
motor and set them aside.
• Scrape any adhesive o the bolts.

Remove Lug Nut Covers:
• Take o the lug nut covers.

Remove Existing Bolts:
• Unscrew all four bolts and
nuts from the fender and
set them aside.
