ERNIE BALL Regular Slinky Nickel Wound Strings are recommended for optimum performance.
For Guitar: gauge 10-46
For Bass: gauge 50-105
ERNIE BALL Super Slinky Nickel Wound Strings are recommend as a lighter option.
Your MIDI PRO Is a professional instrument and is set up as such, This means that the nut is specifically designed to fit the
recommended strings, other stings may work with your MIDI Pro but you may experience tuning issues depending on the
string gauge.
Other strings may work with your MIDI Pro instrument. However, coated strings or strings with painted ball ends will not
function with your MIDI Pro as they can not make electrical contact which is essential for the MIDI system. We can not
guarantee the performance of other strings.
