Procedures
(1) Remove the fuel injection pump

from crankcase.

(1) Remove the bolts joining the
main bearing cover and
crankcase.
8 @ X 35 mm bolt..-.----.--. 1 lpcs.

8 @ x 40mm bolt ...............
(2) Lightly tapping with a plastic
hammer, remove the main
bearing cover from the
crankcase. (See
Fig. 33.)
Remarks
Be careful of the
position of the
control
rack.
Be careful not to
damage the oil seal.
