5-4-6 ADJUST CRANKSHAFT END PLAY
(1) Adjust end play to the,specified values using the proper spacer.
The proper spacer. may be determined
by the following manner.

(1) Measure the depth “Al” (From the mating surface to the inner race of the ball bearing.)
(2) Measure the height “Bl” (From the mating to the crank gear.)
(A1+0.3) - Bl=SIDE CLEARANCE (mm)

- 0.2=THICKNESS OF CRANKSHAFT SHIM (mm)
