  If the steam flow from the wand of your Rocket Coffee Maker is low or nonexistent, start by checking the boiler pressure gauge; it should read about 1.0 Bar. If the pressure dropped during steaming, allow it to recover. If the pressure is completely down, ensure the machine is turned on. Also, the steam nozzle might be clogged with dry milk; try unscrewing and cleaning it. For other potential causes, it's best to contact authorized technical service.

Why is no water or coffee coming from my Rocket R 58?

  If no water or coffee is coming from the group of your Rocket Coffee Maker, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure that the water reservoir is not empty; if it is, switch off the machine, fill the reservoir, and then switch it back on. If your machine is hard plumbed, check that the connection to the mains is open. Also, if the coffee grind is too fine or tamped too much, use a coarser grind and reduce tamping pressure. A clogged group shower screen can also be the culprit; scrub the inside of the group with the provided nylon brush and rinse with water. If the group restrictor is clogged, please contact the service. Also, make sure that the machine is switched on and there is electrical feed from mains.
