2 Repeat Step 1 to connect the left speaker.
Note: Make sure the exposed tips of the speaker wires do not touch each other and
that they are fully inserted into the terminals.
Connecting the receiver to an AC power outlet
Caution: Connect the AC power plug to a wall outlet only after all speakers are
connected to the receiver.
To connect the receiver to an AC power outlet:
1 Connect one end of the AC power cord to the AC IN connector on the
back of the receiver.
2 Plug the other end of the AC power cable into an AC power outlet. The
Standby indicator on the receiver turns on.
Cautions: To avoid risk of fire and to prevent damage:
- Do not use AC power adapters other than the supplied AC power adapter.
- Do not use the supplied AC power adapter for other equipment.
Tips:
Slide the cable spool (provided) into the slots on the back of the receiver from the top
down.
Before connecting to the AC power outlet, wrap the excess cable around the spool.
