Why is the speaker output low or distorted on my Rockford Fosgate Amplifier?

If you're experiencing low or distorted speaker output from your Rockford Fosgate Amplifier, it could be due to several reasons. First, the input gain signal for the amplifier might be incorrectly set, so try readjusting the input gains. Second, the source unit output could be too low or have no output. Test the system with a known working source and repair or replace the original source as needed. Third, the XCard might be missing or not properly placed in the crossover slots; check its position and repair or replace it if necessary. Lastly, low battery voltage or significant voltage drops to the amplifier under load could be the cause. Inspect the alternator, battery, fuse, and power and ground wiring, and repair as necessary.
