Set Up the Appliance

Remove Battery Paper Tab

Remove protective tab from battery before installation.

Install Appliance in Chassis

Mount the appliance into a ControlLogix chassis slot.

Connect Appliance to Computer

Connect appliance to PC via USB dongle and Ethernet.

Configure Appliance Network

Set Up Computer IP Address

Adjust PC IP address and subnet mask to match appliance.

Initial Appliance Configuration

Access Web Configuration Interface

Open browser and navigate to appliance IP address.

Configure Appliance Settings

Set hostname, date/time, and security credentials.

Accept End-User License Agreements

Review and accept license terms.

Create Prediction Model

Define Prediction Parameters

Specify model name, controller, process type, and prediction type.

Train the Model

Save model as L5X, import UDT, and set TRAIN tag.

Start Analytic Calculations

Set CALCULATE tag to 1 after training to begin analysis.
