7. Continue holding the [ WRITE ] button until the "Update Mode:" text
appears on the top line of the LCD of the BK-5.
8. Wait until the end of the update; the display will show "SUCCESS
".
Note: The update procedure takes about 20 minutes. During the
update, the LCD content may change a few times.
9. Turn off the BK-5.
10. Execute a Factory Reset following the procedures below.
Factory Reset
1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Rotate the [CURSOR/VALUE] dial to select the “Factory Reset” entry,
then press the [ENTER/SELECT] button.
3. Rotate the [CURSOR/VALUE] dial to select “YES”, then press the
[ENTER/SELECT] button to load the factory settings.
