Sustain Footswitch
You can connect an optional DP-2, DP-6, or BOSS FS-5U
footswitch to the SUSTAIN FOOTSWITCH jack in order to
hold the Upper Tone notes even after releasing the keys.
Here’s how it works.
(1) Connect a DP-2, DP-6, or BOSS FS-5U footswitch to
the SUSTAIN FOOTSWITCH jack.
(2) Play a note with your right hand.
(3) Press the footswitch.
(4) Release the key.
The note(s) you played keep on sounding after you release
the corresponding keys.
(5) To stop the note(s) from sounding, release the foot-
switch.
Note: This function is also available in ORGAN mode (see p. 24)
and applies to the Upper parts.
Commutateur au pied de Sustain
En branchant un commutateur au pied DP-2, DP-6 ou
BOSS FS-5U en option à la prise SUSTAIN FOOTSWITCH,
vous pourrez maintenir le son des notes Upper même
après le relâchement des touches. Voici comment ça mar-
che:
(1) Branchez un commutateur au pied DP-2, DP-6 ou
BOSS FS-5U à la prise SUSTAIN FOOTSWITCH.
(2) Jouez une note de la main droite.
(3) Enfoncez le commutateur au pied.
(4) Relâchez la touche.
Vous entendez encore le son de la note ou des notes
jouée(s) même après avoir relâché les touches correspon-
dantes.
(5) Pour couper le son des notes, relâchez le commutateur
au pied.
Remarque: Cette fonction est aussi disponible en mode ORGAN
(voyez p. 24) et s’applique aux parties Upper.
