Recording
Here’s how to record just your own keyboard performance without using an internal
song.

Performance Settings
1.
Press the [Song] button so it’s lit.
2.
Press the [-] button a number of times, until “New Song” appears in the
display.

Alternatively, you can get “New Song” to be displayed by holding down the [Song]
button and pressing the [ ] button.
3.
Select the Tone to be played (p. 26).
4.
If necessary, sound the metronome.
Press the [Metronome] button (p. 46).
While listening to the metronome, adjust the song tempo (p. 46) and the beat (p. 47) as desired.
Settings for Recording
5.
Press the [ ] button.
The [ ] button lights, the [ ] button begins flashing, and the HP207 is put into recording
standby.
If you decide not to record, press the [ ] button once again.
