9. Adjust operating function during operation
• Press touch key (12) to change the operating function during operation.
• The touch key (6) is fl ashing. A new function can be selected by tapping this key once or repeatedly.
• Temperature or time can also be changed, if necessary (see point 4).
• If all settings are selected, press touch key (12) again to continue operation.
NOTE: The appliance will automatically switch back to active mode, if within a period of 60 seconds no
further key is activated. The touch key (6) is blinking.
10. Switch off
Operation in timer mode
• Once the set time has expired, the heating function is switched off.
• This is indicated by an repeated signal tone.
• The touch key (6) is fl ashing and the lighting of the oven chamber remains on. The
display shows the timer „0:00“. In case the inside temperature is over 70 °C, the display
shows “-H-“ for residual heat.
• Use touch key (6) to quit this indication.
NOTE: If key (6) isn´t tapped, the appliance remains in this state for up to 4 hours.
• For switching off the appliance tap touch key (11).
NOTE: The appliance will switch out automatically if no further key is touched within
a period of 10 minutes.
Operation in manual mode „on“
• The appliance will automatically switch back to active mode after an operating time of 4 hours.
• This is indicated by an repeated signal tone.
• The touch key (6) is fl ashing and the lighting of the oven chamber remains on. In case the
inside temperature is over 70 °C, the display shows “-H-“ for residual heat.
• For switching off the appliance tap touch key (11).
NOTE: The appliance will switch out automatically if no further key is touched within a period of
10 minutes.
11. Take out the prepared food
• Open the oven door and take the ready food out of the oven chamber.
• If you want to take out the hot roasting/baking tray, grill grid or rotisserie spit, use the included handle
or protect your hands by using potholders or a grill glove.
Caution, risk of burns:

Oven and food are getting hot during operation! For handling with hot parts protect yourself by
using pot cloths or oven gloves.

Do not use the opened oven door as storage place!
12. Switch off completely
Pull the mains plug for a complete switch off.
