o the top cover is firmly placed on the glass jar and the closing cap sticks
correctly in the cover!
In order to avoid spilling over, the glass jar may be filled with max. 1.5 l.
This applies especially when working with high speed.
When processing hot (max. 60 °C) and foaming liquids, the glass jar should
only be filled with max. 1.2 l to avoid possible spilling over.
Only use original parts, otherwise the guarantee expires!
In case the sharp-edged blade is blocked, switch off the appliance
immediately and pull the power plug. Only then remove the blocking
ingredients.
Never operate the appliance in no-load mode or with wet hands.
For a safe and permanent switch-off, pull the power plug after each use.
Prior to initial use
For a start, please clean the appliance as well as all accessory parts. For more detailed information, please
refer to the chapter “Cleaning and maintenance“.
Possibilities of use
The appliance is suitable for …
o chopping fresh ingredients, like fruits, berries, potatoes, vegetables etc. (if necessary, add some
liquid).
o puréeing cooked food made of fruits and vegetables, e. g. for soups, sauces and baby food.
o mixing all kinds of drinks and cocktails.
o preparing smoothies and milk shakes.
o beating mayonnaise, liquid doughs, etc.
o crushing ice cubes in small quantities.
The appliance is not suitable for …
o chopping very dry and very hard foods, e. g. coffee beans, nutmeg, grains, baking chocolates, fruits
with pits, nuts, etc.
o chopping deep-frozen foods.
