Disposal
Your new appliance was protected in
transit by the materials it was packed
in. All of the materials used are envi-
ronmentally friendly and re-usable.
Please help to make a contribution by dispo-
sing of the packing responsibly. Your dealer
or your local recycling facility will be able to
inform you about the available disposal me-
thods.
Do not allow children to play with
the packing or parts of it. Risk of
suffocation from foil and other pa-
cking materials.
This symbol on the product or its
packing indicates that the product
should not be disposed of as nor-
mal household waste but instead
taken to a recycling facility for
electrical and electronic appliances. You can
obtain further details from your local authori-
ty, the municipal recycling services or the re-
tailer from whom you purchased the appli-
ance.
Faults and resolving problems
Repairs to electrical appliances may only be

the manufacturer.
Incorrect repairs may expose the user to sub-
stantial dangers and cause damage to the
appliance. If the electronic circuitry of the ap-
pliance detects a fault, the following infor-
mation is displayed:

necessary
Circuit-breaker switched off -> Switch on circuit-breaker
E05 Overheat cut-out
If the display shows the fault code "E05" this means that the overheat cut-out
has tripped to protect the appliance and the cookware. It is automatically trig-
gered if you have selected Power mode and the temperature exceeds 270°C.
You can reset the overheat cut-out by unplugging the appliance from the
mains, after which the appliance can be used as normal again.
