Draw-off rate too high. Reduce the draw-off rate, limit throughput.
Output of heat pump too low.
Check the switching times for room heating and hot water supply
for overlaps.
Water volume in system too low.
Check water volume and associated primary pressure in
expansion container, reconfigure primary pressure (see
installation manual for HPSU compact).
Optional: Backup heater (BUH) not switched on.
Check mains supply of the backup heater (BUH).
Thermal contactor on backup heater (BUH) was triggered.

Check on pressure gauge whether there is sufficient water
pressure >0.3 bar.
Check that the resistance in the water circuit is not too high for
the pump (see installation manual for HPSU compact).
Room cooling standby switched off (e.g. switching
time program is in economy phase, outside
temperature too high).
Check the operating mode setting.
Check the request parameters.
Check the setting of time a weekday in the control system.
Refrigerant compressor is not working.

low water temperature the system may use the optional backup
heater (BUH) first to reach the minimum water temperature.
Have the system checked by a service engineer.
System is in the operating mode "Room heating". Reset operating mode to "Room cooling".

cooling too low
Water flow too low.
Check that all stop valves of the water circuit are completely
open.
Check that the water filter is dirty.
Check that the expansion tank is defective.
Bleed system completely.
Check on pressure gauge whether there is sufficient water
pressure (>0.3 bar).
Check that the resistance in the water circuit is not too high for
the pump (see installation manual for HPSU compact).
Water volume in system too low.
Check water volume and associated primary pressure in
expansion container, reconfigure primary pressure (see
chapter 2 "Product description").
Quantity of refrigerant in the system too low or
