Why is there no steam coming from my Rowenta Steam Cleaner?

  If your Rowenta Steam Cleaner isn't producing steam, there are several possible reasons. First, ensure the appliance is correctly plugged in and the illuminated on/off switch (on the front of the base) is pressed. Also, the water level might be too low; turn off the appliance and refill the water tank to the max line. Check the hose to make sure it is fully unraveled and not kinked. Finally, the appliance might be out of water; unplug the steamer and refill it.
