  If your Rowenta Steam Cleaner isn't producing steam, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the appliance is correctly plugged in and the illuminated on/off switch (on the front of the base) is pressed. Next, check the water level and refill it to the max line on the water tank if it's too low. Also, make sure the hose isn't kinked by fully unraveling it. Finally, if the tank is empty, unplug the steamer and refill it.
