12. LIMITED WARRANTY

Your inﬂatable kayak has been made from the best materials and know-how. All inﬂatable kayaks

were inspected and no defects were found before leaving the factory. This limited warranty applies

only to the inﬂatable kayak.

This limited warranty is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the legal warranty. In cases where this

guarantee would be in contradiction with your local rights, the latter remain in priority. For example,

European laws provide statutory rights in addition to those offered by the limited warranty. For more

This limited warranty is valid only for the ﬁrst purchaser until the end of the warranty period. This

limited warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase

in this manual. It will be requested from you to accompany your request for coverage.

If you notice a manufacturing defect on the RTM LAGO inﬂatable kayak during the warranty period,

please contact RTM Consumer Services. If you return the defective item as indicated by the service

ofﬁce, the Service Department will inspect the item and verify the validity of the claim. If the item is

covered by the terms of the warranty, the product will be repaired or exchanged with a similar product

(of our choice) at no charge to you.

No additional guarantees (other than legal) will be applied. In no event shall RTM, its agents and/

or employees be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the RTM LAGO

inﬂatable kayak (including the manufacture of the product). Some countries or jurisdictions do not

allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or

exclusions may not apply to you.

This limited warranty does not apply in the following circumstances :

• If the RTM LAGO inﬂatable kayak is subject to negligence, accident or abnormal use, towing,

maintenance or improper storage;

• If the RTM LAGO Inﬂatable Kayak is subjected to damage under circumstances beyond RTM’s

control, including but not limited to punctures, tears, abrasions or normal wear and tear.

• For parts and components not sold by RTM; and/or

• Unauthorized modiﬁcations, repairs or dismantling of the RTM LAGO Inﬂatable Kayak by

anyone other than RTM personnel.

Read this manual carefully and follow all instructions regarding the proper use and maintenance of

your inﬂatable kayak. Always check your equipment before each use. The warranty may be cancelled

if the instructions are not followed.
