If your Rush Lighting Equipment isn't responding to DMX control, first check that the fixture's DMX LED is on. If it's off, inspect all DMX cables and connections to ensure they're intact and that the DMX network is terminated properly. Verify that all components in the DMX network use standard DMX polarity. Also, confirm that the fixture is set to the correct DMX address, matching the one on your DMX control device. Check the pins on the connectors from the previous fixture in the DMX network. You can also try controlling the fixture with another DMX control device. If the fixture is near an unshielded high-voltage installation, try moving it.
