What to do if Rush MH 1 Profile Plus does not respond to DMX control?
    • A
      Anna BensonAug 1, 2025
If your Rush Lighting Equipment isn't responding to DMX control, first, make sure the fixture's DMX address matches the address set on your DMX control device. Check that the fixture's DMX LED is on; if it's not, inspect all DMX cables and connections. Ensure the DMX link is terminated and that all components on the DMX link use standard DMX polarity. Try controlling the fixture with another DMX control device. If the link is near an unshielded high-voltage installation, move or shield it.

Why does my Rush MH 1 Profile Plus Lighting Equipment not react to music beat?
    • L
      lori35Aug 11, 2025
If your Rush Lighting Equipment isn't reacting to the music beat, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure that sound activation isn't disabled. Also, the sound activation sensitivity might be too low for your music source. Adjust the sound activation microphone sensitivity and tap the microphone to check its functionality. The fixture should react when in sound activation mode and not connected to a DMX signal.

How to fix Rush Lighting Equipment when there is no light or the fans are not working?

      Kim JohnsonAug 22, 2025
If there's no light coming from your Rush Lighting Equipment, or the fans aren't working, there may be a power supply issue, such as a blown fuse, a faulty connector, or a damaged cable. Check if the fixture's power indicator LED is lit. Inspect all power connections and cables. Replace the fixture fuse if necessary.
