Error messages
Error: Appears when:
Lamp Startup Fail No LEDs sensed, possible wiring damage.
Temperature Sense Error Damage to temperature sensor on PCB
reported.
Lamp Too Hot Power Off Internal temperature higher than 110° C
detected. Ensure that fixture is adequately
ventilated. Check that ambient temperature
does not exceed 40° C. Possible fan or
temperature sensor damage. Contact Martin
support.
Lamp Too Hot Low Power Internal temperature higher than 105º C
detected. Fixture runs at reduced power level.
Maintenance Fixture Service countdown timer has reached zero.
Check whether fixture requires maintenance
such as cleaning, then reset countdown timer
in Fixture Information menu.
Memory Initial Fail Damaged memory IC. Contact Martin support.
CPU-B Error, CPU-C Error,
CPU-D Error
Board, processor or fixture wiring is damaged.
Contact Martin support.
Pan Reset Error
Pan Encode Error
Tilt Reset Error
Tilt Encode Error
Shutter Reset Fail
Dimmer Reset Fail
Color Reset Fail
Gobo Reset Fail
These can appear when powering on or
resetting the fixture and can indicate damage
to sensors or components. If error persists,
contact Martin support.
