CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
1.
Release the air filter
cover
and
remove
the air
filter
elemenl.
(Fig.
17)
2.
Wash
the
element
in
solvent.
3. Re-hydrate the elemenl wilh
motor
oil
(SEA
#20)
Squeeze out excess oil
(DO
NOT WRING THE
ELEMENT).
4. Put the filter back into the
filter
case
and close
the cover.
CLEANING THE FUEL FILTER
1. Stop
the engine and turn the
fuel lever
to OFF.
2. Remove
the
fuel
sump-nut
with
spanner.
3. Remove
gaskets
from fuel
sump-nut.
4. Wash
the
gaskets
in
solvent thoroughly and
wipe
out the sumo-nut.
5. Replace
the
gaskets
to
the
sump-nut.
6. Screw back the
fuel
sump-nut and tighten
with
spanner.
ENGINE OIL REPLACEMENT
1. Warm
up the engine on flat
ground
surface.
2. Remove the filler
cap.
3. Open the drain
plug
and let
oil drain completely
into
a drainage
pan placed
under
the
enging.

4.
Check
gaskets,
replace if
required.
5.
Replace
drain
plug
and refill engine with clean
oil.
6. Replace filter
cap.
CLEANING THE FUEL TANK FILTER
1.
Stop the engine
and turn the
fuel
cock
lever
to
OFF.
2. Open the fuel tank
cap and
remove
the
net filter.

3. Wash the net filter in
solvent and
leave
to dry.
4. Put
back the
net filter in fuel
tank only when
completely dry, then
screw
closed
the
fuel
tank
