Assembly

Assemble Frame & Wheels

Align the holes in the wheels to the axle section of the frame and secure tightly.

Top Hopper

Place the Top Hopper onto the metal feed tube and align the screw holes.

Handle

Insert the handle bar into the handle shafts and secure with the 2 knobs.

Safety Switch

The safety switch prevents accidental starting when the top hopper is removed.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Disassembly

Unscrew and remove the handle and the 3 Top Hopper assembly knobs.

Shredding Blades Maintenance

Inspect or replace double sided shredding blades by undoing countersunk screws.

Cleaning

Wipe clean the outside of the machine with a damp cloth after use.

Top Hopper – Front Chute

The sloping chute accepts leaves and small clippings; do not overload.

Side Chute

Accepts solid garden clippings and larger branches; control feed rate.

Motor Jamming

If motor stalls, turn off, disconnect power, use allen key to free cutting disc.

Overload Protection and Motor Jamming

If motor stalls, overload protection cuts power; reset circuit breaker.
