Why does my Ryobi Paper Shredder motor not run?

If the motor of your Ryobi Paper Shredder doesn't start, it could be due to the overload protection being activated. Allow the motor to cool down, then press the reset button on the overload protection device. After that, try turning the shredder on again. Another possibility is a power issue. Make sure to check the power supply cable, the plug, and your home's fuse box.
