Nabenhülse
Wellendichtring (1) und Kugelhalter (2) heraus
nehmen
Anmerkung:
Zum Auspressen kann zur Erleichterung die Na
benhülse in die Verzahnung des Hinterrades einge
setzt werden
Beim Einbau Kugelhalter (2) mit offener Kugelseite
voraus einlegen und Wellendichtring (1, Dichtlippe
nach innen) bündig einpressen.
Zusammenbau
Vor dem Zusammenbau alle Lager und Lagerstel-
len mit Öl benetzen.
Nadelkranz (8), Getrieberad (9) mit dem Klinken
träger voraus aufsetzen.
Scheibe (11, 1 mm dick), Nadelkranz (13), Doppel-
zahnrad (12) mit dem kleinen Zahnrad voraus und
SACHS-MOTOR-Type 301/A - 301/AB
Hub sleeve
Remove oil seal (1) and the ball retainer (2)
Note:
To ease the pressing out of the oil seal, the hub
sleeve may be inserted into the splines of the rear
wheel.
Install the ball retainer (2) with its open side
foremost and press the oil seal (1, sealing lip in
wards) in, flush with the hub sleeve rim.
Rebuilding
Lightly oil all the bearings prior to assembling.
Fit the needle roller assy (8) and gear (9) with the
pawl carrier foremost.
Fit washer (11, thickness 1 mm), needle retainer
(13),
double
gear
(12)
with
its
small
gear
foremost,
and the washer (14, thickness 2 mm).
Corps de moyeu
Sortir le joint (1) et la cage à billes (2).
Note:
Pour faciliter ce démontage, le corps de moyeu
peut être placé dans les cannelures de la roue
arrière.
Monter la cage à billes (2) avec son côté ouvert en
avant. Presser le joint antifuite (1, lèvres vers l'inté
rieur) à fleur
Remontage
Avant remontage, huiler tous les roulements et
paliers.
Poser la cage à aiguilles (8) et le pignon (9) avec le
porte-cliquet en avant.
Enfiler la rondelle (11, épaisseur 1 mm), la cage à
aiguilles (13), ainsi que la rondelle (14, épaisseur
