Uberprüfung der KurzschluBeinrichtung im
Vergaser (Durchgangsmessung)
Rote und Schwarze Meßleitung wie im Bild gezeigt
am SACHS-Testboy anklemmen
Startschieberhebel (1) in Pfeilrichtung drücken,
kurz vor Anschlag (Schließung der Kraftstoffzu
fuhr) muß der Summton am SACHS-Testboy er
tonen
Ist dies nicht der Fall:
KurzschluBleitung unterbrochen
Keine Verbindung der Rundsteckhülse
Kurzschlußeinrichtung im Vergaser überprüfen
Druckfeder für Masseverbindung
Vergaserdeckelplatte
Bei der Abnahme der Deckelplatte auf Kontaktfe
der (1) und Platte mit Füllstück (3) achten.
Bei der Montage der Deckelplatte darauf achten,
daß sich der Kontaktstift (2) in der Kontaktfeder
(1) führt und Platte mit Füllstück (3) im Gasschie-
ber sitzt.
Wurde der Startschieber (2) erneuert, muß bei
montierter Deckelplatte und geschlossenem Start-
schieber (siehe Pfeil) der Sicherungsring (1) am
Bund der Deckelplatte aufliegen. Erst dann die
weiteren Teile montieren.

Checking the short-circuiting device in the
carburettor (continuity test)
Connect the red and black measuring leads as il
lustrated to the SACHS Test Boy.
Push the start slide lever (1) in the direction of the
arrow. Shortly before bottoming out (which closes
the fuel feed), the SACHS Test Boy must start
buzzing.
If this is not the case:
short-circuit lead interrupted
no electrical contact at the ctor
check the short-circuit device in the carburettor
(compression spring for ground contact)
Carburettor cover plate
While removing the cover plate, take care of con-
tact spring (1) and the plate with plug (3).
While fitting the cover plate, take care that the
contact pin (2) be guided in the contact spring (1)
and that the plate with plug (3) be seated in the
throttle slide.
Upon replacing the start slide (2), fitting the cover
plate and closing the start slide (see arrow), the
safety washer (1) must rest snugly against the col-
lar of the cover plate. Only if this requirement is
met, the remaining parts may be fitted.
Contrôle du dispositif de court-circuit dans le
carburateur (mesure du passage)
Brancher les cordons rouge et bleu comme illustré
au SACHS Testboy.
Pousser le levier du tiroir de mise en route (1) dans
le sens de la flèche; juste avant butée (fermeture
de l'arrivée de l'essence) le bruiteur du SACHS
Testboy doit se faire entendre.
Si ce n'est pas le cas:
fils court-circuit interrompus
pas de contact entre la fiche et la douille
contrôler le dispositif de court-circuit dans le
carburateur (ressort de compression pour la
mise à la masse).
Couvercle du carburateur
En déposant le couvercle, faire attention au ressort
de contact (1) et à la plaque avec la pièce d'obtura-
tion (3).
Lors du montage du couvercle, veiller à ce que la
goupille de contact (2) soit guidée dans le ressort
de contact (1) et que la plaque avec la pièce
d'obturation (3) soit bien en place dans le tiroir des
gaz.
Lorsque le tiroir de mise en route (2) fut remplacé,
l'anneau de sûreté (1) doit reposer plan sur la colle-
rette du couvercle quand celui-ci est monté et le
tiroir de lancement est fermé. C'est seulement
alors que les autres pièces doivent être montées.
