    How to fix a Sage Tea Maker BTM800UK Tea Maker™ that will not switch on?

      If your Sage Kettle Tea Maker™ won't switch on, first ensure the power plug is securely inserted into the outlet. If it still doesn't work, try inserting the power plug into an independent or different outlet. Check and reset the circuit breaker if needed. In case of severe overheating, the Tea Maker™ will automatically shut down. If this continues, contact customer service.

    Why is the basket cycle not working on my Sage Tea Maker BTM800UK Tea Maker™?

      The basket cycle feature on the Sage Kettle Tea Maker™ only works during brewing cycles that are under 10 minutes. Also, the tea basket cannot be lowered during the heating up phase of normal operation.

      The LCD light on your Sage Kettle Tea Maker™ might have gone out because it enters standby mode after 3 minutes of inactivity. To reactivate it, remove and then replace the glass jug from the power base, or press any button on the power base (except the HOT WATER|Cancel or TEA|Cancel buttons). The LCD screen should then illuminate.
