IT800 Thermostat RF Connections
The IT800 thermostat and WZ600 receiver communicate via Zigbee 3.0 (2.4GHz) communication. They are
pre-paired in the factory and will work locally without internet connection. The thermostat’s battery might
need charging on startup. Please charge for 24 hours immediately upon installation.
To use app control, download the Salus Premium Lite app and follow the IT800 Quick Guide – available at
www.saluscontrols.com (IT800WIFI_QG_V10_WE.pdf)

Good Installation Practice
RF link between receiver and internet router is via WiFi. If the receiver is placed within a cupboard etc, or too far
from the router, WiFi (app) control may be compromised (grey receiver tile). Local control via thermostat should
not be aected.

If necessary, a mains powered SALUS
smart plug (positioned between the
receiver and thermostat) may be used
as Zigbee signal booster.
WiFi link for app access – if WiFi signal
between receiver and internet router
is weak or problematic, receiver tile
on app may “grey out”. Check position
of receiver, if is in a good location.
Use WiFi booster if necessary.
