When outdoor-temperature-compensated control with gradient characteristic is used, the re-
turn ow temperature is limited to a xed value by equating the 'Base point for return ow
temperature' and 'Max. return ow temperature' (PA1, 2 ) parameters.

To ensure the preset return ow temperature limit can be kept, make sure that the follow-
ing conditions are met:
Î Do not adjust the heating characteristic to ascend too steeply.
Î The speed of the circulation pumps is not set too high.
Î The heating systems have been balanced.
