  If your Samson Controller isn't responding, there might be several reasons: * The interface might be incorrectly assigned. To fix this, go to 'Options,' select 'Communication ...,' and in the Communication window, click 'Settings' to assign a free serial COM port. * The infrared adapter may not be correctly aligned with the infrared interface or is too far away. Realign the adapter as described in the 'Operation' section. * There could be a blockage in the transmission path between the infrared connections. Remove any obstacles. * The infrared adapter might not be connected to the computer. Ensure it's properly connected. * The serial number for infrared addressing may not match the device's serial number. Select the configuration with the correct serial number.
