11 Decommissioning
The work described in this chapter is only to
be performed by personnel appropriately
qualiedtocarryoutsuchtasks.
Risk of electric shock while performing elec-
trical connection.
For electrical installation, you are required to
observe the relevant electrotechnical
regulations of the country of use as well as
the regulations of the local power suppliers.
Î Before connecting wiring, performing
any work on the controller or opening
the controller, disconnect the voltage sup-
ply and protect it against unintentional
reconnection.
Î Only use power interruption devices that
can be protected against unintentional
reconnection of the power supply.
Î Do not remove any covers to perform
adjustment work on live parts.
To put the controller out of operation, the
controller must be disconnected from the
electrical power supply:
Î When the heating controller is connected
to a control station: log off the heating
controller from the control station and
disconnect the communication cable.
Î Controller connected to TROVIS-VIEW:
remove the connecting cable from the RJ-
45 jack.
Î Disconnect the supply voltage and pro-
tect it against unintentional reconnection.
Î Unscrew the top left and right screws on
the front of the controller to open the
controller housing.
Î Disconnect the wires from the terminals.
Î Pull the wires out of the cable ducts.
