A defective controller must be repaired or re-
placed.
Risk of controller damage due to incorrect
service or repair work.
Î Do not perform any repair work on your
own.
Î Contact SAMSON's After-sales Service
for service and repair work.
13.1 Returning devices to
SAMSON
Defective controllers can be returned to
SAMSON for repair.
Proceed as follows to return devices to
SAMSON:
1. Put the controller out of operation (see
the 'Decommissioning' chapter).
2. Remove the controller (see the 'Removal'
chapter).
3. Proceed as described on the Returning
goods page of our website
